I used this printer for a year now and thought it was great until today 11/1. Circle of death and no support. Tried to reboot no luck. Would not recommend

Your app is not working anymore, ive tried to download it on other phones but its still not working. Please update the app so i wont llse reputation on shipping off packages. NOWWWW

It’s been working fine for quite a while but for the past couple of days, I just get the circle-of-death symbol. The app won't reboot. Help!

I used to use this pretty often. Clunky app but pretty sleek hardware. Deleted, re-downloaded, no updates, just won’t boot up. Rip

Won’t connect to my Bluetooth

It was great, then it just stopped working and I can’t log in or even pick a model. The list is blank. They need a different option

Love it! Setup was pretty easy and the prints are goooooooood. I recommend it.

If only they would update the app to have templates. It would be the printer everyone with a cellphone would want. But, there is only a couple available for use. Update the app to better suit people with small businesses using the app.
