Leslie's - Pool Care

If you view the treatment plan, then view the recommended product…. Hit the back arrow. It takes you back to the suggested treatment plan page. But the back arrow is now missing to return to the previous treatment page. You have to exit the app, and start over. It’s slow and a pain. Add the back arrow (button) to make it usable.

Today Leslie pool app forced me to update it. After updating the app it no longer connects to my accublue home. I click add new device and then it successfully connects. But then when I click on Test Water it crashes. I have re-started the phone several times. Re-added the accublue device. Nothing works. Can’t do an at-home water test.

To many e-mails

If it’s working it’s ok not great. Often times the test machine will not connect. They seem to have some issues when ordering products also. Glad the Leslie’s pool store is close by.

I can’t log into the app and I just signed up for Accutest for my pool. Been trying for days and have deleted app. Reinstalled. Still not working Arghhhhhhh. Looks like others have been complaining about same issue for months with no resolution

Been receiving this error message for a week now everyone I try to view and save treatment plan. Accublue home is pushing the results to the app but there is no way to see the treatment plan. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, deleted and reloaded my pool details, manually entered test results, none of which resolved the issue. Help please!!!!

The new updated app is horrible. Does not work well on iPad. Will not fill screen. Back buttons don’t work. The old app was much better.

This app glitches out all the time. Especially when your trying to run a water test

I love that it gives me access to all of the things that I need including products and testing options, but the fact that every single window takes so long to open and that it crashes regularly is very frustrating.

Tried to log off delete app reinstall and login. Still getting server error when I like to shop. Let’s me test the pool water but I can’t buy supplies via iPhone app. Boo!
