Latest jan 3rd update deleted all my plant notes. Wish I never trusted a app with such a simple request to not delete my notes. Wont be ordering letpot ever again

The latest update broke the pump countdown timer display. The timer still works but the display gets stuck.

The app is working ok, but in my garden feature the plants images are not loading correctly for some of them. It stays empty

I’m just getting frustrated with it

Couldnt get it to shoot water out every dripper. Its most basic function it cant even do. App is poorly made on top leading to a horrendous experience.

The device itself is good, I just can’t get the app to stay connected to the device. It just sits on the connecting to WiFi screen.

Even though this app can talk to your device via Bluetooth, it refuses to set up unless you give it your WiFi password to send to China.

My device has issues connecting to the wifi. When I read more reviews, it’s definitely an app thing vs my actual hydroponic system. It worked for all of 30 mins and connected, but now it doesn’t.

My system works great but the app is being buggy and has not been able to reconnect to my device. It used to work fine and I could turn it on off from my phone, but ever since recently it’s stopped working.

I’ve hade my hydroponic system for about three months now. It’s doing great, downloading the app even surprised me. I can set a time for it to turn off and on, that means I don’t have to do any work. All I’ve got to do is refill very little and watch my plants grow.
