Bad delivery service and poor customer care
Drivers often collect food late so food is cold then take an hour to deliver when customer service say they should be 10 minutes. They don’t update the app so you can’t see what they are doing or where they are. Customer service act like robots and don’t answer your query in full and rather than a police make things up and blame restaurant when it’s actually there fault. It’s also painful because a manager is never available and they refuse to give refunds when they are due
