letterboxed is currently my favorite and most used app, however i would really appreciate and recommend adding a notifications bar, and facilitate the comments feature, thank you!

– Pro tier adds annual and all-time stats pages based on your account activity, advanced activity and streaming service filters (including the option to pick and filter by the streaming services you subscribe to, powered by JustWatch.com), list cloning and removes third-party ads.
– Patron tier provides all the benefits of Pro, plus the option to customize film posters, backdrops on your profile and content (if available), additional stats, a listing in the Patrons directory on our website and early access to new features.
– Payment is charged to your iTunes Account when you confirm purchase and your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will be charged for a renewal up to 24 hours before the end of each current period, at the same annual fee.
– You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewals in the App Store app following purchase.
– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Amazing but theres and awful bug
It’s amazing in every way but there’s this AWFUL BUG. In egypt we have daylight saving rn so we all manually made our time +1 hour. Because of this for some reason my app kicks me out until i make the time automatically less by an hour whicj isn’t accurate in Egypt rn. Then it works perfectly but this is such a hassle and I’m worried about forgetting it and getting in trouble with the time if I don’t fix it after.
Needs Tv Shows
I REALLY love this app and i love talking reading peoples reviews and learning what other people think about certain movies but i think that TV shows and series would be a great addition and would make the app PERFECT

Why there is no information about genre in each movie profile?

The best app for movie lovers
It’s really neat seeing how other regular people rate movies and review stuff. The critics are so out of touch with reality it’s crazy so having something where other real people discuss stuff. I wish they’d add tv shows or make a tv app version of this. Alright new really important issue. If a movie is releasing this week people can rate it way in advance. People will say stuff like “So hyped for this movie” and rate 5 stars or they’ll say “This looks terrible 1/2 a star”. Which creates false ratings and you can’t tell if it’s doing well or if it’s bad. Almost all of the 1/2 star reviews of borderlands are clearly done by people who haven’t seen it(I’m not saying the movie is good or bad in any means). Something needs to be done to lock reviews until the official worldwide release date.

Adding animator credits
I love letterboxd, but one thing I constantly run into that I wish it had was listings and credits for animators! As an animator myself it would be nice to have them available on this platform/ maybe that’s just an IMDb thing and that’s fine if so, I just don’t use IMDb nearly as much
