Easy to use & Perfect Experience

Used the service for an airport transfer twice, both times flawless! The drivers were punctual, the vehicles clean and the service excellent! The intuitive app makes booking a ride simple and quick!

Many bugs, too many bugs and they charge you

If you book a ride when you are on a different time zone, the booking is incorrect. I cancelled it when I realized (2h before, during the stopover) but they kept 7.50 eur out of the 28 eur we paid (your problem madam, not our..your app did not take into consideration the time zone!). We then arrived 15mn later than expected (I booked another ride) and I tried to call the driver several times but it did not work. I was fully charged, even if they pretended the driver waited for 2 h (we checked and there was no one). For a new service, you should take into consideration the bugs clients find instead of saying “it is your fault, bye”. A disappointment, it will be probably better in months..at least I hope. But they already had lost clients.
