App crushes all the time.

My first experience on ordering some jeans from the website during this Black Friday was good until the shipping service they use called OnTrac dropped my package off at the wrong facility and got shipped all the way to different state. And along with that, their customer service is horrible they have no way of contacting an agent only this AI stuff that doesn’t help with tracking or an official date.

Im not exaggerating, I’ve had over 10 orders cancelled due to stocking issues. I love the jeans but honestly not worth all the effort. One order was during a Black Friday sale, and because Levi’s cancelled it I had to pay full price on the reorder. Customer service was not helpful.

The app works very unsatisfactory, unstable and very annoying! It is always crashing and you cannot work normally. Search is barely working. Please improve the app since I like it but impossible to use !!!
