i order from the same 3 restaurants every time and they all have the same issue, it tells me they’ve prepared it and it just needs a delivery person to pick it up and bring it to me however it takes AGES. it keeps saying 1 more minute but it goes by slower than the actual preparing of the food, all this while giving you an estimated arrival time which is impossible… customer service is also so terrible, i try to contact them regarding my order, asks me what my issue is and i click on “food takes too long to prepare” and it just shows some text saying “The merchant had estimated that they need 0 minutes to prepare your order. They accepted your order 47 mins ago. So, let's give them -47 more minutes and see if they prepare it on time. Come back here in case they delay it past that”, like oh my god either let me cancel my order or give me a proper customer service to see the issue…

I am using the iPad version of the app, the app design and graphics looks so much unfinished, it is like an app made by a high schooler. And the app is not smart and the search function is not efficient. The newly added tab for their proxy service is not functioning, I still don’t know how to add products to the list. The only reason I use the app is that they are the only app that includes 99 Grill, there is nothing attractive about the app or the service, the no-service-fee thing, which is IQD 500 on Talabat is added to the delivery cost; Talabat’s delivery cost as the time of writing my review (June 20th, 2024) is, typically, IQD 2500 with a service fee of IQD 500, Lezzo’s delivery cost is typically IQD 3500, not much difference especially when you consider the fact that lot of restaurants are way more likely to refuse your request on Lezzo compared to Talabat.

Did not respect the customer by wrong in orders with delays and not active customer service

The most unfriendly app that i have used. There is always an problem with payment or either location. And there support team don't help you out. And always delay the process

I never suggest this app it at all. I’ve been facing problems many times with their delivery workers. - 1st time the food was shaking and in bad condition - 2nd the delivery guy was rude and angry - 3d the delivery took 2 hours while they telling us it will arrive in minutes.

I think zoorina is lame honestly, trivia used to be 300k which was pretty cool everything else is great 🔥🔥

It is a copy of talabat and it is not working even I spend 1 hour 45 min trying to use my card and failed I called the bank he is seeing wrong cv2 don’t even waste your time It is talabat from Ali express
