Der button zum schließen der Positionen buggt ewig herum erst nach 3 mal neustarten der App reagiert dieser endlich mal ein absolutes no go
Nie wieder
Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich sehr enttäuscht bin. Der Service war schlichtweg katastrophal. Ich musste ganze 2 Monate warten, bis meine Auszahlung bearbeitet wurde. Das ist einfach unverschämt und inakzeptabel! So etwas darf in der heutigen Zeit nicht passieren. Ich werde definitiv nie wieder auf diese Plattform zurückgreifen und kann sie auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Sehr enttäuschend!
Vorsicht!!! Geld wird nicht ausgezahlt. Vorsicht!!!
Habe bereits mehrmals eine Auszahlung eingereicht. Keine Rückmeldung. Auf Emails keine Reaktion. Zudem hab ich mich mit dem Thema CFDs beschäftigt, ihr bekommt keine live Daten. Das sind quasi „erfundene Kurs“. Die Spreads sind so hoch das ihr fast das doppelte an Prozenten machen müsst bis ihr ins Plus kommt, anders wie bei anderen Anbietern. !!!!! Große Vorsicht !!!!! Keine Freundliche Grüße. P.S schade das ich keine 0 Sterne geben kann.
Auszahlung
Ich bin seit 4 Jahren bei Libertex. Bis jetzt Einzahlung und Auszahlung war reibungslos. Meine Letzte Auszahlung hab ich noch nicht bekommen! Trotz die Kontoauszüge (Verifizierung) ich Warte seit 10 Tage wegen meiner Geld und das macht mich sorgen ich überlege mir eine Anwalt einzuschalten Ich bin leider enttäuscht Es heißt immer wieder warten warten Traurig
Abzocke!
Die Verifizierung und Einzahlung ging schnell, aber das Trading mit Optionsscheinen ist überwiegend mit Fehlern versehen. Hier werden die Kurse der Aktien und Indizies ganz anders angezeigt als im Optionsschein. Da wo man längst schon im Plus wäre, ist der Optionsschein immer noch im Minus, da vergeht einem echt die Lust hier mit Optionsscheinen zu handeln. Schlechter geht’s kaum. Behebt mal diesen Fehler und sagt nicht immer, dass es an der Volatilität des Marktes liegt, das ist vollkommener Blödsinn!
Häufige Abstürze
In letzter Zeit stürzt die App immer wieder ab. Was ist da los?!
unglaublich schlecht
options sind ein reines desaster viel zu hoher spread und du wirst liquidiert bei 20% verlust nur dass dann mehr als 50% weg sind!!! Nicht zu empfehlen
App ist Ansicht ganz gut aber…
Die App ist Ansicht super Alex übersichtlich und top. Aber warum kann man in der App nicht die Indikatoren sehen?
Schlechte App
Libertex ist meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht gut, viel zu wenig Funktionen, die Gebühren sind zu hoch, hier Zahlt man Gebühren auf das Geld abheben, die Gebührenfreie Bargeldabhebung, funktionierte leider nicht reibungslos, Gebühren zahlt man auch auf viele Handelsobjekte. Es kann auch lange dauern bis man das Bargeld wirklich auszahlen kann. Es gibt wirklich Broker die besseres anbieten laut meiner Erfahrung.
