As the title says Liberty Bay is the best. Great customer service, excellent rates and pleasant service.

They will do app updates on the weekends without warning you. You cannot get any of your information, or make any transfers, anything! I had the worst weekend ever, you don’t realize how much you rely on your bank app/card until liberty bay does another surprise update for the entire weekend… :( I was honestly stuck because of them.

Liberty bay makes you feel like your part of a family. The best of both worlds professional atmosphere , yet everyone knows your name .

It’s very easy to use and I don’t live near any of the banks so it really makes handling money and finances stress less. I will always prefer going to the bank and being assisted by the amazing workers in there but when you can’t get to the bank th app is a life saver

It’s easy to use, and it has everything I need.

Senior citizens, including me, don’t always have the steadiest hands. Result... camera unable to take picture of check, and depositor must tap camera manually. This issue is not the same with other bank cameras, includingSantander.

Straightforward but modern look and feel to it.

All good except I would like to see history of paid bills, my Mac shows history but my I pad app does not. Anyway I can find history?

Looks nothing what what the pictures look like advertising the app.
