I’ve been through the wringer trying to request a new ID card, decided to use the app to see if maybe it was faster than calling and I cannot even log in. It keeps redirecting me to the website to log in and then telling me my password is incorrect even though I’m able to log in on Safari no problem.

Why did you even release this app if it’s impossible to even register in it?

I have waited for this app to load for hours and it never opens. It just stays on the logo screen. I have the current version and everything. I am trying to switch dental offices and online just tells me to use the app. But the app doesn’t work!!!

The developers stated in the last update that this app is no longer functioning and is not supported. It should no longer be available for download.

I don’t know what the issue is but definitely liberty plan dental Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina app does not work. It is horrible. I tried everything even called them and they don’t even know! What is that about? Ughhhh

This app is terrible. It never loads to the very first page. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if that would fix the problem. It does not ever fix it. I have not been able to use the app. This is horrible and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Stays stuck on logo won’t let me get into the app at all 👎

This app is completely and utter garbage doesn’t let you log in, sits on the icon like it’s loading and doesn’t it eventually closes itself .
