Tried reinstalling the app many times, the login tab is not responding.

Dear team, The portal needs to be updated and made more user friendly. Eg to apply for loan online and smoothen the process irrespective of the location of the policy holder

Just downloaded and noticed upon signup all my policies detailed upto date seen, made payment for renewal without any hassle, really wondered LIC’s effort on Digital Transformation. All the best to the team, Keep update the app with relevant features. Thanks for all your efforts

As a user I was facing issue in login for making payment, the progress bar of "please wait" was running for 15-20minutes later I called to Customer care they told me to make payment from Paytm, Gpay or Phonepe. Without helping for payment they told me to use other platform.

I have bought a lic for my son who was born in 2022 and now i want to register on lic app where it is showing that your date of birth should not be before 2006. I don’t how this guys are handling tech and business logic together. If i can not register myself as my son born 2022 then why did you sell the policy.

LIC app is very user friendly and accurate. very good experience. cheers to digital bharat !!

Worst interface ever. They cannot make online payment more harder than this.

Not able to login on the new app - keeps hanging

The updated version of the app does not allow me to login. The loading sign just comes on and vanishes. That’s all that happens. Very poor app build quality. My payments are due and i can’t even login on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I try login daily hoping for a solution but none. How the developers still can know and fix it.
