Lifa App

Love the app! I just think it would be much more secure to have the ability to make an account with an email or phone number. So that if you forget your password, you can always get an email to change it. And also, I think it would be easier Id you want to have the same Lifa account on different devices.

Certain stuff I cannot see anymore, although I can still click on it? I cannot see the dr itself between the other dr’s but I can still click on it. Is it because I have too many dr’s? Update: TWO of them are glitching now. Thank you very much, I worked pretty hard on them. What’s worse is that you cannot delete dr’s, so now I’m stuck with them

I love this app and it’s so helpful but when I tried to log in apparently I couldn’t remember my password? There’s only 3 possible passwords I could’ve used but none were correct. Okay, well.. fixable. I wanted to reset my password and got asked 3 questions. I answered them yet it still said some didn’t add up which was confusing? I had to re-download the app and have to start over from scratch all because I forgot my password and that’s quite annoying

In some of my DR’s time and my relationship’s birthdays don’t matter, is it possible to add a feature where you don’t have to set date/time or birthdays if you don’t want to?

I have a few suggestions tho! : please let us add videos to scenarios etc and let us make a definite account so that out progress doesn’t lose when you forget ur password or switch to a different phone 🤍 UPDATE: NOOO I UPDATED THE APP AND LOST ALL MY PROGRESS IM CRYING UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: they fixed and restored all progress that has been lost Thank you again truly! 🤍🌱Thank you for listening to us! Future Recommendations: Being able to add videos. (for example for scenarios etc) Being able to actually make an account so data will not be lost ever. At first i absolutely loved this app and still do but i just updated my phone and EVERYTHING i did with the app is gone. I spend hours and hours doing it so im not that happy with this.

I really like all the options and possibilities you have to make your drs more specific. But PLEASE get the option of logging in on other devices because I can’t log in on my iPad AND iPhone. And please after creating an password add a password check cause I think I typed in the wrong password that I had in mind, so now I can back in and I cant reset my password, because when I fill everything in it says “Some values are incorrect”. SUPER ANNOYING

I am overall very happy with the app but two things, I just finished setting up all the details for one dr and now with the update everything is gone and I have to start all over when it took me a pretty long time. Besides that I would like to be able to change my password or have a “settings” option so I can make sure everything is set to my preference.
