Disappointment after premium purchase
I have purchased premium features (online backup), I have backed up my device and moved to new device. I was thinking “hey let’s save time and reset the old one” .. and so I did. After installing Lifecycle there was no relevant backup to restore from. Communication with vendor was about the need for me to prove that I have really paid, that I have backed up and so on. After I asked about providing a solution (as I am a paying customer and when their app said it was backed up, they really should have my data) and getting my backup ready to restore from, they shut up and never responded again. Thanks for this service, I’ve lost very precious data worth 2 years. My bad, lesson learned
