This app is RUBBISH! Clearly not made for iOS, it just doesn’t work. I select a club and it keeps telling me to select a club even though I have done. What a waste of time. Zero stars if I could!
This was an excellent app which allowed me to book sessions easily. Since the last update I’m logged out all the time and when I log back in the sessions are difficult to find. How do I roll back to the previous version?
Rubbish app not able to book lane swimming
Not sure if it ran out of money… or wasn’t beta tested… or what… Seems to be an app with Alzheimer’s
The app is useful in that it allows you to book sessions at the gym. It is quite inconsistent though. For example if you book a gym session, it will populate the appointment to your calendar. It won’t do this if you book a swim session. The app also requires you to re-enter your details. Every time you make a booking which seems unnecessary and I’m sure could be easily fixed. The app also has some issues with connecting to the main site with a number of buttons, needing to be pressed repeatedly for an action is taken.
So clunky. Doesn’t allow generalised search for swim/classes across the group. You have to search by each sports centre (annoying when you pay for a multi centre membership) Crashes regularly Shows availability but then doesn’t take you through to booking. Sometimes it works, but mostly doesn’t.
Reception staff are always polite and helpful. They work hard to keep the premises clean. The site offers an impressive range of classes and wide opening times for swimming and gym use. My children all had swimming lessons here and I came myself as child with my primary school.
So difficult to use and navigate through!! Needs a complete rethink, especially around the booking system.
