Best mood tracker but could use improvements
This is the best mood tracker I’ve used (and the only one I’ve stuck with for over 1 month). It is particularly great for people with mood disorders, or who think they may have mood disorders/have a family history and are seeing a psychiatrist (not surprising based on the companies goal/qualifications) +++variety of variables tracked- much more dynamic and useful than other apps. Can’t think of much anything else to add (maybe a stiffness/muscle spasm slider under pain section?) +++ease of use- 1-100 scale and quick slider buttons make recording ~30 variables a trivial task ++direct life activity effect comparisons- I had been doing this on excel before, this app removes the need and makes it simple. I do wish the methods were more upfront/transparent for this feature +\-history tracking- Does give you a quick and easy mean score over a time period, but is difficult to actually view a timeline of scores over time -life tracking ease of use- this feature is clunky in that it a) doesn’t list prior answers to choose from, b) doesn’t make it easy to see life activities over time, and c) I’m still not sure why adding positive life events often doesn’t result in a choice coming up in the quick menu. Nonetheless, the fact that it’s included at all for comparisons is great Overall, very worth the money even at this stage of development
