Lifebase | Nutrition Platform

The app for nutrition is great. Registering water can be a challenge. Enhancement to add exercise burn calories and workouts would make this a number one app and maybe track weight and measurements. Then you would not need additional apps!.

Great data base but it freezes a lot.

This app is insanely cool! Took a couple days to learn how everything worked but I love how easy it is to log food and the meal quality scores

This is by far the simplest and easiest to use app period! Let’s face it, if it’s easy, we’re more likely to actually use it! Tried to go back to MyFitnessPal pal… nope! I’m a lifer with Lifebase!

My biggest frustration is leftovers the next day for a different meal are a huge circus to get them added. I don’t want to favorite everything.

LifeBase is the most effective education, and client management system. In 20+ years of clinical practice I have never been able to get others to be as successful with eating improvements as now. My improved success is completely due to the exam, app and coaching portal.

The app is great itself but if they had meal suggestions for 4 star or 5 star meals that would really take this app to the next level.

Annoyed that you can only use this if you’re apart of a coaching program.

Best designed nutrition program available. Easiest app to use for tracking. Coupled with the Inbody readings and you have the greatest plan to reach your results.

Downloaded the app. Wouldn’t let me sign up. Just asked for email and password. No option to create a profile.
