Worst app don’t get
Horrible product doesn’t let you log in after you have logged out and doesn’t let you add two phone numbers to manage the product if I could rate lower then a 1 I would

Honestly I’d like to give this a good review but I can’t if I can’t even use the product, when you scan it, it takes you to a website that says activate, then when you click it it brings you to the App Store to download the app, you make an account then click a “add device” icon that tells you to scan it and click an option but it just brings you to the first website!! It just puts you in a loop and doesn’t let you actually connect or use it.
No matter how many times I tap the tag to my phone while in the app, it does not show up in the app to allow me to select and register the tag. It makes me open the web page which then brings me to download the app (that I already have downloaded) and then open the app to repeat the process. Waste of money!!
If you’re going to have an app based device, HAVE AN APP THAT WORKS
The app won’t accept my emergency contact phone number. I fill in the field, but clicking the check mark doesn’t do anything. All the other fields are filled in. One of the main reasons for the Smart Strap is to contact someone in case of emergency!
While the underlying system is pretty cool, neither the app nor the Fetch tag is easy to use. The tag bears markings that vaguely suggest to tap it, but unless you already know what they mean those marks are pretty cryptic. Further, the way the tag’s configured to hang on a ring is opposed to the way other dog tags hang. Sandwiching them isn’t possible and (I learned the hard way) modifying this one bricks it. A warning might have helped. The app comes without instructions so navigating the profile setup(s) is clunky, as is connecting a dog’s to his person’s. Even scans by the app’s registered user display as anonymous. I was able to capture two taps before killing mine, so can say that if the tag’s finder can figure out what to do (and if their phone supports it), the mapping and contact sharing work as hoped. Regrettably, within three days mine was downgraded to a $25 tag silencer. Design improvements across the user experience could take Fetch from Meh to Wow.
Cool idea but the app is horrible. Cannot find a way to edit data. I have two dogs but could not find the way to enter the other dog once first one was entered.
My sweet boy never get out of the yard but if he does I know he will have all his info so that whoever finds him will be able to contact us. I like also the fact the app tells me the second his tag is scanned/tapped and where it was tapped. I would highly recommended this for you fur baby.
I have specifically tagged my profile to NOT require approval to view my medical history, yet it requires approval each time I demonstrate the TAP with friends and/or family. If each demonstration were an actual emergency, I would be dead. I deleted and reinstalled the app, it did not fix the issue. I wanted to LOVE this product but I'll be seeking a refund.
Hopefully someday it will be compatible.
