Norton Identity

My identity was stolen lifelock told me they would email me back and they haven’t yet. When I spoke to someone over the phone, I could barely understand their English. I am not asking for you guys to fix the problem, but maybe gave me some alternative resources or referrals to a lawyers

LifeLock help me out by help me freeze all the credit bureau going to the IRS Social Security board into my bank and my phone company to straighten all this out and every time I get a notification they get right on it. Let them know it is either me or me just like now somebody went and played with, my personal information on and it just got rejected because it’s froze. Nobody can. I can’t even do it unless I physically go in but every time they use my information LifeLock tracks it all the way through the Internet to the service. Turn it in awesome job guys.

Ever since Norton purchased LifeLock, a once dependable personal security product has been turned into a constant sales pitch. I don’t really know if my identity is still being protected or not. I get warnings and occasional informational notifications but they are almost always accompanied by an offer to purchase something else. Makes me wonder if something happened or if the sales department has just decided that fear is a powerful sales tool. Add to that the real fact that the only time I’ve ever lost use of a computer due to virus infection, was one being protected by a Norton anti-virus product. That product didn’t work and I fear that Norton’s “magic” touch will render LifeLock useless as well.

They are not US based as their commercials claim. Had to call with difficulty setting up a family member's add-on account where LifeLock by Norton was claiming that they could not confirm that person's SSN & birthday combination. We called the number their app prompted us to call (not some random number found via an internet search that some people often make the mistake of doing). After finally getting through their useless IVR, we got some guy from India or the Philippines or somewhere like that with such a thick accent we could not understand him. We hung up and cancelled our trial plans. Even if we could have understood him, we are not going to give our SSNs or account information to someone from some other country. If not false advertising, they have at least committed mis-leading advertising.

I sighed in my account and subscribed but when I go to dashboard it says sorry not subscribed. Lost 129.99 dollars.
