This is the best hypnosis app for helping you improve your life.

I have been using HPP tapes, CDs, and downloads for three decades, so I was excited to see this App in the App store. I had some issues with it, at first, but I emailed the folks at HPP -- their response was almost immediate. Today, everything is working great. I have tried them all, and HPP is what I have stuck with. The programs have gotten me through tough times, as Ericksonian hypnosis techniques work for me. Also, nice to be in deep Theta for 30 minutes a day. Dr. Glauberman's daily input is especially helpful. Highly recommended!

This app is a great tool to have. The daily focus tracks are quick and motivational, easy to fit in a busy schedule daily. The longer tracks are really relaxing and almost ASMR like. Many different topics to choose from, great to pop in the ear buds and listen while working or cooking dinner or falling asleep to. Definitely improves habits and many different focuses to choose what you want to work on.

This is a great app to help you modify your overall lifestyle. It give you tools to see your current life and make modifications to make your life better. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

LQ is a great, well designed app to encourage you by sharing positive thoughts and ideas. It’s especially helpful during these dark days this year. I needed to make some changes this year in my life for my health. I would have enjoyed having this earlier in the year. I’ve been working on my weight since last fall. I can see all kinds of value using this app and the messages it provides. If you like to be encouraged with positive messages and reinforcement, you’d probably enjoy this app.

I absolutely love this app. It’s teaching me how to relax, and I am now getting better sleep. My heart rate is also consistently lower now that I use LQ. Thank you!
