I use complex passwords to keep all my accounts safe. Because of this, I don’t know my password off the top of my head. So, I use “Remember Me” when signing in. Without fail it’ll sign me out after every use, it’s so annoying! What’s the point of remember me if it’s going to sign me out every time. If I can’t use this app on the go, it’s useless. I can just check on my computer when I’m home. For example: I just signed into the app, came here to check the reviews, went back to the app because it was still open in the background, and the app signed me out. If this app doesn’t get some sort of update to remedy this soon, it’s getting a one star and I’m deleting it. It’s not convenient at all, it actually makes things a lot more complicated.

Whoever developed this app should find a new job. Absolutely horrible. Extremely confusing interface that makes no sense whatsoever, there was not a single ounce of logic used in the design process here. So many bugs and glitches. Terrible

They can’t get my debit card to work they can’t address the issue and they are wasting my time

Why do I have to keep logging in even though I have Face ID enabled?

It works other times or is as difficult to use as it is to get connected with a “MEMBER SERVICES REP” they did a re-boot and now I have to play hide and seek to find my accounts. Then when I try to transfer funds again my account to not show.

Has crashed twice in twenty minutes and I have to log in again and reenter what I was doing.

I wish you could look up checks you wrote by name instead of number. I was looking to see when I last wrote a check to Wounded Warrior and had no of finding out this information. Other than that I find your app easy to use.

Northeast Credit union is a joke and this app is a joke. Can’t even do automatic payments for a loan. Switch to a real credit union if you still can. Customer service is a joke and no help.

This is a very frustrating site to use most of the time I can’t log in. Site keeps returning to advertising- or the log in automatically posts my log in name! And I need to wait hours to log in at a later time. Hope you can fix this

Since the latest iOS update, the app no longer recognizes my phone. Text a verification code, enter the code, “do you want to register this device?” — yes… every single time you want to use the app. Northeast Credit Union just spent so much time and money updating the mobile app… but they didn’t anticipate the new iOS operating system coming out one month later?? We all use Northeast Credit Union because we don’t want to bank with the big, gross banks. But it’s 2022, almost 2023… people under the age of forty don’t tolerate being inconvenienced by out of date banking technology. This isn’t a “for your security” inconvenience; this is a small mistake that should have never been overlooked.
