They send you something that resembles the item you intended to purchase, and they make it very difficult to return your purchase. I ordered 3 items, and none of them matched the description. The fabric is different, the size is wrong and the overall quality is really disappointing. Avoid by all means.

I wanted to change the size of the already ordered chlothes and it has done smoothly. Top of that Stefanija wrote me an kind mail where she comfirmed the changes although I could not recognise it in the App at that time. (Only later.) It was reassuring me, so I am grateful for her.

Két kutyaruhát rendeltem, elküldték, de sem a méret, sem a szín nem egyezett. Az egyik lukas volt, a másikból a patent azonnal kiesett. Kértem, hogy küldjenek olyat, amit rendeltem, erre felajánlottak 30% visszatérítést. Vagy visszaküldöm a ruhákat Kínába, persze saját pénzen, akkor visszaadják, amit kifizettem. Vajon miért nem akarják helyrehozni, amit elrontottak? Soha többet Light In The Box!

Teljes átverés! A ruhák egyáltalán nem egyeznek meg a képekkel és a leírással, hordhatatlan anyagból vannak , pénzt nem adnak vissza! Katasztrofális az ügyfélszolgálat, egyáltalán nem segítőkészek! A kiszállítás nagyon lassú! Senkinek nem ajánlom!
