Can’t login.
Tried resetting the password, numerous times, still can’t log on. This is ridiculous to spend $1000 and not be able to use the basic functions. Interestingly, you can log onto the website, but not the app.

Tried resetting the password, numerous times, still can’t log on. This is ridiculous to spend $1000 and not be able to use the basic functions. Interestingly, you can log onto the website, but not the app.
Getting co warning enroute but unable to see trend because app was logged out. Also does not support autofill from password managers.
Bluetooth on my phone paired the zulu3 but the app won’t recognize the headset making the app useless- and the login isn’t the same as when you login to the website which is silly. Really disappointed as I thought I was getting a good deal not going with Bose - maybe I was wrong and Should have stayed with what everyone else does.

The notion that I MUST sign in to manage the headset I paid $1200 for is utter rubbish. Absolutely amateur hour from Lightspeed And not something that was necessary for the PFX. And not paying attention to a year’s worth of complaints.
Got my new headsets and tried to make an account, the screen froze. Tried to make account on their website and then went back to app that still didn’t work. It did not recognise my account and froze again. How am I supposed access the features if I can’t make an account ????
Hard to believe a company would release an app that they tout as having all these benefits for a $1200 headset, when the app has multiple obvious bugs. Have only used the headset once in plane so haven’t had a chance to evaluate…but the app and recording features are terrible. Also, having problem with power button not working. It seems to be resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting battery
Apple really needs to figure out a way to let people rate less than one star. The Delta Zulu headset is stellar hardware held back by absolute trash software. Why bother touting recording capability if it ***never works***? At least the app let me set up custom EQ, which is nice. Shame the rest of the app is so bad.
New update won’t even let me open the app. I had to redownload twice to be able to open it. Yet again same problem
