Just wish you had a feature accounting for sales tax! Would use it a lot more if so.
Your business needs reliable products that work, not something that is so intermittent that customers walk out as you try to get the app to connect with the card reader. All of the Bluetooth functions are unreliable, and every time there is an update to the app you have to figure out a new sequence to try and keep connected. Do yourself and your business a favor and stick to wired devices.
Light speed / shopkeep does not support their products. App locked up last night. Tried chat support - no response at all - kept spinning waiting for a response. Called - put on hold - gave phone number for callback. Never occurred. The system is unreliable and crashes constantly. I have square as a backup. Square processes faster, and is far more stable. I have never needed square support but something tells me it would blow these people away. Finally fixed my system by using the online faqs to delete the old app and download a new app. Getting out of this deal asap - don’t fall for their pitches - the software is poorly constructed and they don’t support it.
I can not access the data from today’s purchases.
I have been having problem with my CC machine and integration for 10 days now and no one can help me to solve the problem. I explained to the tech support how unhappy I am and if I can take it to a manager level but no one reached out to me. I have been loosing customers due to a bad software. The Tech support lady mentioned that she is sorry and they have been having lots of problems with the Magtech and she was frustrated as well. I use to like Shopkeep and their support but unfortunately I am taking my business somewhere else.
What a great tool to run your business. With this App I’ve been able to look up what’s selling when I’m not at the boutique. I can check on my employees have clocked in or out. I can even look at online sales vs. in store sales. The list goes on. Thank you for putting together such a great piece of technology. It would be much more difficult for me to run my business if I didn’t have this app.
Did an app update yesterday and now we can’t see any clock in or out in the app?? What happened
