This company is Fraudulent - Do Not Use!!!!

Absolute SCAM - do not trust. They cancelled my booking WHEN I LANDED because my photo ID upload “did not meet their requirements” and they charged me £100 to do so!!! Then I had to pay £300 for an airport taxi!! I don’t think they ever had a car for me - just a total rip off.

After leaving the airport the app didn’t work again. Could not travel to anywhere where we would not get phone connection or we would not be able to call customer service to get them to remote unlock. Never ever use this rental company.

They are trying to charge us for damages that we did not cause. I have sent them photos to prove this from drop off, but they are still trying to pursue us with threats.

Charged for a tiny surface level scratch on plastic. The car was full of stickers were they charged other costumer for other tiny damage. Clearly, the business model is to charge every costumer 100-300 € for regular wear and tear. Not worth it. It’s a scam.

Corporate racketeering classic, said I damaged the car and wanted to charge me an extra 220 euros. Luckily for me and unfortunately for them, this has happened to me before! So I had taken a video before taking the car which shows the damage was already there! Disgraceful behaviour as always from rental companies. Response from developer is misleading, have received no further communication from the company after taking the money from my account. Misleading response from the developer. Have had no further communication after submitting evidence and they have yet to return the money which they decided to take from my account!

Had a bit of a long walk to collect, 20min. All tech worked ok. Later in the week I parked in underground car park and key would not connect, three times. Very helpful phone assistant both times. All resolved and happy with the hire overall.

Everything went fine, service was excellent, would have been good if the vehicle was at the same terminal as our arrival, would definitely use them again.

Service was clever concept and quick pick-up but App had glitches and car air conditioning didn’t work

So thrilled with my first experience with Liigu. Lovely car and a seamless pick up and drop off. Saved so much time! I’m converted!
