LINE: Disney Tsum Tsum

I’ve been a TsumTsum player since it was released like 10 years ago. 10 years worth of progress gone in the blink of an eye!!! I hope they come up with a way to make it right to all the players that lost their progress. I’m so sad right now!!

I literally can’t even get in. My account last I checked was fine, didn’t get lost, but I can’t even get into the game now. All it tells me is that I need a “SNS account that was linked with the data”, with an Error Code 12 attached to it. What even is that?! You claimed you fixed the update that made some guest players lose their accounts, and instead traded it in for now what seems to be no one, guest or someone with a linked account, can get in. Good job guys.

Thanks for the latest update, now all my Tsum tsum’s that I’ve earned for the past two years are back, along with everything else.

Today’s update did not solve the previous issue. The game is now giving me error code 12 with the below message. In order to play with this game data, you’ll need an SNS account that was linked with the data. I have been able to sign in using my Apple account. I cannot submit a request using the in-game form since I cannot sign in. Please fix this.

I love this game. Lots of fun !! But this latest update will NOT let me log in to play. I have been trying for over a week there must be major bugs and so forth. Yes I have a IOS device and I am Truly frustrated. I am afraid I will looose. U progress and coins that I have built up. The daily bonus and such. Please fix this. I want to play the game

I don’t wanna ever stop playing this app it’s so good. but the last update before this before I got the one just now, I had over 15 premium tickets and really good tsum tsum’s so there could be like the next update I get all those back and still keep my other Tsum Tsum’s that would be really good. that’s the only thing I think you could change about the app. All I’m saying is I need those raffle tickets that I got with the raffle card back, I need those premium tickets the tsum tsum’s that I got with the premium tickets back, but still keep my other tsum tsum’s, and my 3 million score. But still the app is really good 🙂👍🏻👍🏻. 🌗〰️🌓

I did the recent update and got kicked out of my original, played for YEARS, account due to the fact I was logged in as a guest. I tried to see if any of my other log ins were tied to the game, but they were not. So I left myself logged in under Facebook and gave up and decided to start over. I then got the message to re update to get all my old data back. So I did. Now I can’t even play the game as I was logged in under Facebook before the second download (I didn’t know I would have to log out first) and now I just “Error 13” because I can’t log in to Line. I’m so annoyed by this whole situation so I try to report this issue. Because this game is free, I can’t. Was a great game in the past, such a shame :(

Please help me restore all my progress, it deleted all my TsumTsum and coins, HELPPPPP!

Great game. I had been playing for years, then all of a sudden the login was updated so that my game history was completely gone. I’m not going to start from scratch, thank you! Time to delete the game.

This happening again in August 2020 and I have to download an update one or more times a day. Have loved this game and played it for a long time. But for the last couple of weeks, every time I go in to play I have to download an update of 327mg or what ever it is called. Sometimes several times a day and is extremely frustrating to the point I don’t want to play anymore. Time consuming to do this every time you log into the game. Hopefully this can be fixed soon as possible.
