Linear Mobile

Great app, but it’s been four months since I started using it, and it still doesn’t have drag & drop to rearrange tasks… Why? Could probably add this to the app in 5 minutes with Cursor AI—I don’t understand. Besides that, the task editor experience is great. The ability to resize screenshots , for instance, was unexpected and works super well.

Linear is by far the best issue tracker I’ve ever used as a software engineer and product manager. The mobile app is also solid, especially as an initial version. They seem to be committed to continuous improvement across all platforms including mobile. As I understand it, they are planning to add widgets for iOS too which I am particularly excited for. Keep up the good work!

This app is just the webview opened in a native app wrapper. To make it worse, you have to relogin every time. I deleted it and just made a shortcut to the website on chrome browser instead since I atleast don’t have to login every time.

Why do I have to login each time I open this app? Is it because I use Google sign in? It’s strange it stays in that sign in browser and doesn’t let me in the app. How is that different than using the browser?

Love EVERYTHING you guys do and I understand the app is new, but managing projects is a must. For now, will keep using the old way.

Waited a long time for this and it didn’t disappoint

Linear is awesome. LOVED the PWA. The app strips out some of the sorting features that the PWA had and makes it harder to do everything I want as easily as I want to do it, but still a great product overall.

We need a way to filter by project + assignee!

I feel like I’ve finally found the project management tool for real teams. Everything about Linear has been considered for the developer and management. Nothing is better if you’re running a development team!
