Link to MyASUS

Been trying to pair my device with my ASUS laptop again (I paired months ago but I had to restore my PC and lost all the configurations I made previously) but I cannot do it. I checked the wi-fi and bluetooth connections and they seem fine. Could this be due to a bug or issue related with the mobile app?

Been using it for a couple of years, wasn’t really helpful because screen freezes or swapped when I received a notification… even while working, but I has improved among other things, like the link to send pics to the pc, it worked 10% of the times easily, now it normally works fine, thanks for all the hard work, its getting better all the time
