Loving it!
Me and my husband got LINKA for our Rad bikes! We’ve been using it for a year and I particularly wanted to wait and use it before leaving a review. It’s so convenient and easy to use. A couple of weeks ago, when we were at the beach, the alarm went off on my phone and I rushed to the bike. If it wasn’t LINKA, the bike could have been stolen. I strongly recommend everyone. Great investment on your bike!
Astonishing
How poorly the app performs. It doesn’t. Won’t download update. What’s up?
App won’t open
Just updated the firmware on my lock with a “critical update” and now the app on my phone won’t stay open for longer than a half second. It’s unusable.
App crashes when connecting
Updated firmware and app and now the app crashes immediately as I connect to the lock. Lock is unuseable because I don't know the manual unlock code. Update: I was informed to uninstall and reinstall the app which fixed the crashing issue and now it is all happy and working.
Update failure
I was prompted to download a critical update tonight. Now the app crashes every time I try to open it and the lock won't close.
New version crashes
Can't use my app for lock.
