The app is often slow to respond. There is an undesirable feature: after answering the phone, a nice lady comes on the line informing me that I have received a call from LinkedPhone and that I should press 1 to answer the call or another number to not answer. Honestly, if I’ve already gone to the trouble to answer the phone, why should I be required to open the keypad and press button? I’ve gone from about 1 in 8 calls requiring the push of 1 to answer a call to about 8 in 10 calls requiring the push of 1 to answer. Another truly disturbing feature of LinkedPhone is every phone call (inbound and outbound) provides me with my caller ID rather than the number or contact that is calling out being called. Apparently, call waiting is not a function on this app. If I receive a call while on the phone, it goes straight to voicemail and I find out about it at some point in the future. Not necessarily soon. I’ve had enough. Goodbye LinkedPhone.

If I didn’t have all my printed marketing done, I would cancel this out immediately. One major problem compounded after another. Support teams says there is nothing wrong. This App is worthless!

I been paying for this app as a small business owner I am all for supporting one another but this is ridiculous! I pay for this app every month only to find out when people have called my number they get nowhere! I’ve lost so much business in the last 2 months and I’m furious. I want my money returned I was so excited when I first got it and I attached everything to this number for my business only to find out I lost a lot of customers. This isn’t right.
