Won’t let me use the app as every time I enter my number (which is required as part of the start up of the app) an error message comes up. Deleted app now using a taxi service with a phone number.

Works okay, no issues with payments or booking journeys. But notifications don’t come through so you don’t know when your car is on its way or arrived. This wouldn’t be a issue, however they charge you extra if you keep the car waiting outside, or worse they’ll cancel your oolong as you didn’t realise car had arrived and they’ll charge you £3-£5!!

I prebooked a ride through the app to reach the train station. When it was time for my ride to arrive, the app started looking for available drivers and then I received a call saying we couldn't find a driver in your area. I had to run to the station on foot for about 40 mins. This is extremely unreliable service as if I had to look for the available drivers at the run time, why would I pay extra money to prebook the service. Highly disappointment!

I’ve just downloaded this app as I use this girl a lot and it’s first saying get reseats by email I put my email in n then pressed continue and it keeps saying sorry something went wrong n it’s not letting me continue to put in my details can you fix this problem

Works a treat, just as good as Uber. Generally good taxi service. Takes Apple Pay and cards, can do prebooking, tracking is good. Can’t complain.

Mixed views some of the drivers are lovely and polite where as other not so much deliberately going the long way round and forcing their opinions on you and being overall quite rude
