This app is useless. Using velops is also useless as they keep loosing signal

Using this booster system in my house for a number of years I find it easy to use and the App. on my mobile phone is user friendly and well designed.

Since latest update app is unable to connect to router

Latest update is very slick. But keeps “losing” the network, repeatedly searching for it and then defaulting to the login screen. You really need to add FaceID etc or persistent login as I have to manually enter login and password over and over again.

The app is really easy to use, even for novices like me! Took only a short time to unbox and setup. My whole house is covered, brick and mortar construction, and I use hardwiring to connect the nodes, 4 in total. I had the nodes imported as it is not commercially available in my country yet! Did some research on the internet to fond the best mesh system... never disappointed!

Good app, but parental controls not 100%. This function/feature needs work. The router time and parental control times sometimes get confused, e.g. a PC connects to the internet when it is not allowed to and vice versa.

Very useful app. Especially like the USB capability that allows networking on a external HDD

Easy to use and to see what’s on the network

Setting up Velop mesh router is buggy with circular instructions. They don't tell you what indicator colors mean until after you've completed setup. Turns out, my setup was complete but the app kept asking me to finish setup. And, speed test crashes every time. Had higher hopes.

Fast and easy set up works great!
