Linktree: Link in Bio Creator

Recently when I go to edit my profile, the information is blank,so have to manually type the whole thing again. Please fix.

Can’t login into my Linktree account

I find it difficult to upload a PDF file all the time is there a limited number

Thank you so very much Linktree. This app is amazing and give you away of publicising my business without a website and offers ease of use. I absolutely love this app and there’s not pressure to purchase or upgrade you can use this app freely. Thanks you so much.

Had all my links with this company for 2 years, everything ok, so decided to try the paid for subscription so I could do a bit more with my appearance and see analytics etc. enjoyed it, until one day I got worried as my subscriptions had dropped and I was losing money. Decided to check how my links were doing. Non of them worked. Just had the message that the links were broken. I reached out to Linktree, they told me that 2 of my links had gone against community standards. Wouldn’t tell me which 2..? Weird? I tried everything to fix the issue with no joy, so I had to delete and cancel my subscription with Linktree and I now use a different company, did some research and apparently Linktree are no longer the best one, they’ve been overtaken by MILKSHAKE, so much easier doing your design as well. Anyway, Linktree then emailed me back again and informed me that it was only 1 of my links. Well, tough now, they still won’t tell me which one/s it was and I’ve now deleted my account and subscription with them. Now I have to try and get 8 months worth of subscription money refunded from them as I paid for a year! Somehow, I doubt I’m going to get that back.

Couldn’t ask for more

I don’t why but I can no longer seen how many clicks my links have gained? Is this fixable or are there any other apps which still have that feature please ?

Being an influencer, Linktree is so useful for my everyday life. Whether it be brands or followers, Linktree helps them access things simply through my bio. Now, I gave it 3 stars just because I think the prices are overly expensive for what they actually offering. The basic (free) package, is perfectly fine but the app all together isn't the easiest to use. I think being the big company Linktree is now they should focus on making it easier for users.

Was charged the £41 annual membership fee for an account that I haven’t used in a year. No emails to notify me of the upcoming renewal and not able to get a refund as payment was taken more than 72hrs ago… is it worth £41 a year? No.

Keeps logging me out and not letting me log back in. Other than that it’s a fantastic app and really easy to use.
