App freezes during payment process, so you need to restart the booking process but „surprisingly“ the flight is more expensive afterwards

whats the purpose of this app? No core functionality works (check in, flight status) Better wait than publishing in-development app and get a horrible rating (like they did)

Die meisten Airlines sind ja nicht für ihre hervorragenden Apps bekannt. Aber diese hier toppt wirklich alles. Die App ist absolut vollkommen nutzlos. Man kann keine gebuchten Flüge einsehen. Man kann keine Flüge buchen. Es wird kein Flugstatus angezeigt. Es handelt sich einfach nur um ein Icon auf dem Display.

WARNUNG keine Buchungen! Es werden nur die persönlichen Daten abgegriffen!! Man kann nicht buchen!! Entdeckt durch Datenleckprüfung!

… and I really mean it. Cannot import already existing bookings by reference number. Cannot achieve new bookings. Web check-in dies not work and flight status function is „under development“ ZERO use for this app… even one star is still too much … sorry guys.

It’s impossible to book flight with “Lion Air” app. Tried multiple times. I was finally able to book via webpage and now the booking is not visible nor am I able to upload my bookings to the app. Dear Lion Air team, I know you are a low cost carrier BUT a working application is standard in your branch … even for LCC 😉 you know what to do 😌

Die Lion App benötigt sehr lange zum Laden. Wenn dann mal alles ausgefüllt ist und der Bezahlvorgang startet hängt sich die App auf und es geht nicht weiter. Wollte einen Flug buchen 5 x probiert und Zahlung nicht ausgeführt. Auf do eine App kann man verzichten

What's up Guys . Want book a Flight with you. Air Asia do a much better Job. Your App have so many Bugs, it is impossible to create a new Account. Oh sorry i use just Apple Products.
