Incorrect listings that they write they’re going to ask the business to change and don’t follow-up. Then unresponsive. Seemingly true for most things in most listings from square feet to duration and pricing. Feels scammy.

As a professional Black woman, I have difficulty getting bookings on this app. People don't respond or cancel tours. I have my picture shown so I can weed out the bias folks. I don't want to do business with them. (Sigh) white people! On the other hand, I went to a local Co-working space toured and signed up the same day, and they were responsive.

Great place to work and customer service is good as well

Would be a lot better if you could add your own workspace that’s available (was looking to add my home as a co-working space but don’t see that as an option)

First time using this app. My Home internet went out and will be out for a week. I needed a space to work and found some shared office spaces through this app. Easy to reserve and easy to contact space owner. Will definitely use again!

I love the way the app enables guests to contact hosts directly before deciding whether to book the space.

Takes way too long to navigate the search tools

This app had so much potential but the UX is janky. Just copy the best parts of Wework and call it a day. Jeez.

The app is not functioning. Sign up takes you to a email submission form, and clicking submit just refreshes the page over and over, no matter how many times you try.

Used this 2 times and not a single time has it been easy or reasonable to get setup. Needed at least 30 minutes each time. Waste of time and money
