Have to pay $ 0.99 in any device that you want to use and share the list. I bought for the first device and was asked to buy on the second one even with same account, I just deleted it.

Best list app I've ever used. You can cross off things on lists and make templates for stuff like groceries so you don't have to re-enter every time. Love it!
