First they took money, then theirs app didn't allow me to go through. Tried to change password. App Sent everything in Turkish to spam. Nothing working. Careful to waste your money, better and cheaper buy real book

The way how they manage to make you to download and subscribe this app is very dirty.

I paid twice for the program from the card, but why don't the books open either return my money or open access to the books

Cant change/cancel subscription

I couldn’t see how to cancel subscription. It says its on the app store but there is no subscription there.. I sent an email for them to cancel my subscription but there is no even response.. still trying to charge me. i am glad my bank was able to block the payments. Dont install, dont give your cards info 😡

STAY AWAY BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS! They are scammers! The worst customer service! I got membership, paid a monthly fee, for some reasons I cannot reach my account, app doesn’t accept my email address, I cannot change my password. Tried to reach customer service for 3 days, however they kept sending me otomatik messages! You won’t find anyone to solve your issues! I will write it to everywhere!

this app is a scam

Everything is normal at first. I purchased a 1-month membership and was informed to register with a code. I registered and accessed some books. It is not possible to reach all the books because you have to buy them additionally. I canceled my membership in my membership information. Now my membership appears standard and the upgrade my membership screen appears. But despite all this, they have been withdrawing money from my account for the last 7 months. I started to complain to the relevant units. Please do not use real card information. An application made entirely for a Scam.

Very poor

I’ve downloaded this app but it was frustrating. I’ve paid monthly fee but I can only read 2 books. If I want to have more I have to be premium member. It shouldn’t be that difficult. Shame!
