The app is very slow… please work on it for swift operation

Good evening. I just finished registering on lit app now and my username is not been send to me. I try using the one I registered with it says user not found I also try to reset it still wouldn't work. Please attend Accordingly

This is one of the worst App have seen in recent time. Always downtime, have experienced more than 80 failed transfers. The bank support make it worst by not able to help when you call them. This App should be deleted here.

This update to the app was terrible. The app has become slow and the user interface is uglier. The very first version was fast and way more visually appealing. Please revert back to that ASAP.

The server is slow , it takes almost 10 minutes before the app opens which is bad , kindly see to this

Everything about this bank is frustrating and terrible,the mobile app and the Lite are nothing to write home about,bank service it’self is the worse,I just can’t understand why a bank will be this bad. I regretted every opening an account with you people

Why can’t I log in? This app is trash. Nobody to speak to. Just silence and one can’t log in into the app even when my credentials are correct. If you guys aren’t ready for banking, open a crayfish stand instead. This is annoying, to say the least

Can’t make transfer with this new update.

I can’t login it always says “sorry this is on us try again later”

In one big statement, I will say I missed the old version, this one is not working, not as fluent as the old one didn’t provide access to all banks etc, it’s broken and didn’t look reliable at all, please fix it or return back the old one then fix this one before launching it back.
