App hasn’t been updated in 2 years and lights are useless now and costs way to much. What a useless company. Will be glad to update review to 2 stars if updated because company is still trash

I am unable to have full control of my lightbulbs when I’m in the app. It contains tells me that there is an updated version and go to the App Store to receive it, but I don’t see anything.

Cuando oprimo para cambiar las luces de color se queda cargando y nunca abre. El servicio al cliente en el app es malísimo. Escribi dando el problema y no me han ayudado. Necesito solucionar el problema ya que tengo luces alrededor de la casa.

I have 20 can lights that I cannot use now. The app doesn’t work to change the light’s settings. When I go to select a light and change anything about it, the wheel just spins and nothing ever opens up. So I have to shut the app down every time. Now my cans are useless and stuck on super bright.

It needs no stars it does not work. The app just continuously loads. I have two phones in the app works on neither phone

I can’t change colors anymore

You cannot change colors on App. Broke on latest versions of iPhone can only turn on and off. Please fix.

The app was barely functional to begin with, but not a lot of others offering this product so overall even though it was painfully slow and had many weird limitations and quirks, was fine using on occasion, mostly kept it simple and changed once a season/holiday. Now, it can still control the lights turning on and off, but when I click any of the individual lights to change their color, for example, it just doesn’t load, just a blank white page with a spinning wheel. Since it controls them turning them on and off, doesn’t seem like either the phone or the lights, it’s something with the app.

The Color option doesn’t work for any of my Apple devices. Works fine with Android. Looks like an update is needed -since the last one was 2022. Product is LED Color changing Pathway Lights. Nice lights-not so much for the App.
