How does one log back in when one forgets the password?

To whom do we write ?

App stopped working and I paid for it!

I paid for this app and now I cannot use it anymore. I have tried to restore purchases, yet still it doesn’t work. My 6 year old daughter is begging me to fix it, but it is out of my control. It is a promising app, but doesn’t actually work.

Constantly freezes

I like the content but it’s so frustrating for my kids and myself that the game freezes and locks up. They’ve been stuck at the 2nd game about Mary for months because it always freezes at that point.

Help

I downloaded this .. the 7 days won’t load so I can see how it works so I can’t purchase any further. What gives?

Sound problems?

The app looks like fun and we went through the first activity (creation) but there hasn’t been sound at all. Is this a bug that need to be fixed? The game seems a bit slow otherwise.

My kids love this game and I love the content! We just wish there were more levels and new saints to explore.

Why need to sing up it’s a game

Downloaded this game, hoped I could play, but didn’t get a chance because I did not want to sing up. It’s a game, why do I need to sign up!? Do I delete it.

Great Catholic kids app!

My kids love this app! It’s engaging, authentically Catholic, and I love the parent portal. I generally don’t let my kids spend much time on the tablet or phone, but this is the exception! Well done!

What a great resource!

There are times in a large family when you are grateful for the option of screen time for the little ones - but feel guilty about the content that you’re handing them. No more! Little Saint Adventures is captivating, inviting, and just plain fun. My girls love this so much, and I love how it has deepened their understanding of the Mass (for example). Keep up the great work - my kids would like you to make new worlds as fast as you possibly can!!
