I pay a subscription for premium, yet I don’t have access to it. I have tried to contact app support and cannot. So I’m being ripped off by this app! Paying for a service I cannot access!!! I am owed my subscription amount for September so far as I have not been able to access this as yet! And have paid two amounts now!!!

Gets cut off/freezes every time I view a picture. Get logged out randomly. Needs swipe feature for viewing pictures quickly. Cuts off when uploading photos, took 6 attempts.

When you enter to view a photo in larger size and want to go to the next then you have to: go back to the main page, change to next photo and click in the new photo again. It’s exhaustive doing that for many photos and sometime the button to go back simply disappear, then you have to close the app and open it again. Should also have simple reports with attendance for my child for selected period.

Latest update seems to mean that app is not updating as normal on my iphone X, I have to turn my phone on & off again for the app to update.

I've been using the app for a while now and always really liked it. I just upgraded to the premium version and it's so much better. I do wish there was a way to add family members to the app though. That would be really useful!

This is a great app. It’s gives you your child’s update/progress, in my case from preschool/carer. You can receive messages from staff on what’s coming up, pictures of your child’s day and it’s totally private. I don’t like sharing my kids pictures on FB/ WhatsApp etc so this suits me great. Also I love the new add on of being able to post picture/ docs back to your preschool of the child’s achievements at home. Especially in current times with Covid etc. This is a great new feature and there’s nice explanative videos on how it works also. I also like to mention that the customer service with this app is SUPER. No problem too big and will always contact you back (especially Oisín). Thanks little Vista

Just a note to say many thanks for your assistance getting setup. Support was excellent and the app is great.

Even though the crèches are closed due to Covid 19 this App has been such a wonderful communication tool and such a life line getting daily activity updates of things to do with my child’s development plus I can send a receive messages.

A great app concept but needs some easy improvements. Notifications for parents as the provider updates & especially when they get messages. Also a save photo option would be great.

This is the way forward with communicating we love the app
