App was great before update

Had it for a month. After iOS 15.7.1 it quit working . Won’t pair with phone now. Maybe it’ll work again after the next iOS udaate…I hope. Customer care was top notch tho!

Bought 4 power sockets payed full price now I have to watch adds to use it. 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend! If they want to sell an add subsidized product…. Referring to something like YouTube you know you get to watch the videos without paying a subscription fee but you have to watch adds. I get it but they should tell you that when you buy the product not slip adds in whenever you’re trying to use the product.

Please update app.

The live chat agent Cecilia was rude and now I cannot even access the live chat option.

The Litokam security camera is absolutely a great feature to your home security and peace of mind The system security is easy set up And Litokam has variety of security camera products that fits your need I switched from Yi security camera in which I had for 5yrs But yi start malfunctioning towards the end where I could no longer trust the system I was willing up on YI But Litokam had a way better security system upgrades compared YI system I purchased Litokam boundle package off Amazon and I’m extremely satisfied 😃with product

I hate with these cameras sometimes pulling up my live time view takes FOREVER I will have the load screen just running for forever before I have to close and restart the app multiple times just to view my camera footage. I don’t want a laggy view to watch live time footage. Just defeats the purpose.

Causes phone to crash, freeze and restart every 10-15 minutes.

The app is not working 😔😔😔
