FYI-any cards gifted to someone under 13 are useless as you can’t add them to Apple wallet. Buy a physical card or just a prepaid m/c or visa. Also-I was charged to extra for a e-gift! Why? Just skip this and buy a prepaid then no store restrictions.

Downloaded the app for gift cards balances. I signed up online and learned about the app. However, can’t even log in the app with the same username and password I am using on line. I don’t understand, the app does my connect with the website?

Downloaded the app mainly to keep track of gift card transaction history but it is not showing.

I scanned my 2 cards with all the info. Shops say you have to have the actual card. What’s the point of the App? Also the restaurants and Starbucks won’t accept them.

I tried to find "The Bay", in order to exit on Sussex from the O-Train, while visiting. Maps are ok, except for the command "enter". There's no "Enter" on the iPhone and, when I pressed "Done", it got me nowhere. A couple of other selections (I am fully familiar with iPhone and iPad) also got nowhere . The map is strictly designed for PCs, and useless on iPhone and iPad.

Pretty bad that the only way to use this app is to allow ad notifications from vendors in the mall.

Pointless app, you cant reload your gift card balance or purchase the e-gift card online. What a primitive system for 2022

I love that I can see the balance of my gift cards right in the app!

This app is terrible. Why are you forcing me to install this app for an e-gift card? Why does the card expire in 30 days? Will I need to call every 30 days to extend the expiry? I’m standing in line at the checkout and the 2-step verification fails and locks me out. So I can’t use the gift card. Is there a way to exchange this e-gift card for a real card that can be scanned or swiped?

Downloaded and tried to log into my cf account to check all gift card balances. This works fine when I use the webpage but the app just does not allow me to login. Keeps telling “unable to login”
