Trying to reset password but dont receive any email to reset

I have renewed my password 7 times! And I cannot get in! I even bought a new prescription and nothing is working. This is so frustrating.

Absolutely pathetic and waste of money. They have even removed the other bad reviews from here. There is nothing ‘live’ about the workouts. They have prerecorded Jenna doing one squat, one lunge etc. I really liked Jenna before signing up but this has left a really bad taste in my mouth.

I paid for the nutrition plan and got that instantly BUT the app NEVER works!! Half of the time it won’t let me log in and says my details are incorrect. Extremely disappointed in this training app. Not value for money.

Really disappointed in this app. I purchased it and then the videos didn't work. Every time the communication was that it will be sorted out and after 6 weeks it still didn't work. I will never pay for this app again. Just so disappointed. Giving it a 2 stars because the Nutrition program got emailed to us so I could luckily figure that out.

Really badly designed app. The exercise programme is good, but I’ve seen better programmes and apps that are free. Workouts are not properly explained to you and it doesn’t allow you to go at your own pace. Just badly designed.
