Live From Rest

I have had the app for a few days and it won’t get past the first screen. Tried reinstalling etc. sad times! X

Have used this app for years and have recommended to to countless others! The meditations are routed in the bible. There is something for everybody, no matter what you are going through… to spend time away from the “noise” of life, and to be routed and grounded in scripture while you are doing it! Highly recommend!

I use it every night when I get in bed. It helps me relax and go into a deep sleep.

I have been using this app almost daily over the past 6+ years and I’m SO grateful for it. I have several favourite meditations that I use, each with the flexibility of choosing a short or long version depending on the time I have available. These enable my wandering mind to focus on God’s presence with me at the start of each day & this has been positively shaping my days & my life, setting me on course with Him for the day in a deeply wonderful way. I recommend this app to people regularly!!
