You still don’t cover the 2530 are postcode for flooding. There are a lot of new residents in this area and when the roads flood they have strong currents that these new residents are not aware of. Please cover the 2530 area.

Searching route to port Macquarie airport & given the road that is closed for an event. Shouldn’t my route be redirected around closed road??? Poor information if I wasn’t aware of closure.

Something needs to be done with Incidents and Hazards app. None of these apps show flooding areas in the Kembla Grange area which experiences bad flooding with strong currents.

Lucky for local radio as this app would not help you avoid a major incident. Radio advised of closed major road in my area due to an overturned car, nothing on the app. What’s the point?

Not very user friendly difficult to set directions and to follow the path, particularly with road closures in place.

Today there was a major crash on the Hume Highway, four people died, northbound traffic will be totally blocked for hours but no mention of any accident in the app…only shows road works. To be of any value it needs to reflect the reality of what’s happening.

Not as good or easy to see or use since you updated it. Especially when outside of Sydney as the updates for accidents, closures, detours etc seem to take a lot longer to come through

iPhone 7. iOS 14 Totally useless! Constantly freezing, switching from NSW to full map of Australia, switching to full screen map of NSW from local area, unable to do anything without turning phone off and opening App. iPad also useless constant freezing, when typing routes delay of several seconds after pressing keys. Deleted using Waze much better. Like every Government App problem they give to primary school kids has a project.
