Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);Cyclic 30 days, use 6 month(6 months); Cyclic 60 day, use 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $25.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "LiveHome" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Can’t set motion settings
The motion settings aren’t saving when I have it full blast.. please fix
Useless
I would give zero stars if it was allowed. After two weeks of trying every combination of settings, this doorbell is a waste of money, not to mention the money spent on batteries. Unless support gets back to me with solutions, I have to advise against purchasing this product!
No microphone!!
Microphone not working. It worked at first and then stopped. All setting show that app has access.... very frustrating!!

The APP has no RIP motion detection function and microphone cannot be used.

Worst app ever
Broken after update
Tried to install the doorbell using the app. Got stuck when app doesn’t detect that I’m connected to the “Doorbell_xxxxx” network.
Buggy !
The app is unable to use the microphone even after allowing the access.
Garbage app
It’s the worst app ever my setting save for a day then it goes back to default where it doesn’t record nothing every day I gotta save the settings it’s annoying and it logs out constantly when it does record it has a delay so you only get to see their back when there walking away never get the faces of people just total waste of money
App is stuck and won’t sync with video doorbell
I installed the app, registered with no problem, and then it wouldn’t allow me to enter a device. I see in other reviews that this seems to be consistent in recent reviews.
