LiveStatus - App for couples

Me and my wife have loved this app for a couple of months. But recent trump ads have changed that. Time to find an alternative

I like using the app with my girlfriend. We mainly use it for the love letters and the pet. My main issue is that the pet section feels like you need to pay real money for the “Pro” version to keep the pet healthy. You always run out of food and drink and rarely get more, but if you have the Pro version you get way more. Just feels a little pay to win in a sense.

I paid for the lifetime membership with this app, and they have just randomly logged me out and does not let you back into the app. I logged in with the same email address I paid the app with and i have requested for my membership to be restored within the app, but it tells you to come back to check at a later date. This has been everyday I have been checking and it hasn’t done anything. There are lots of different emails in which nobody has responsed to over the past two weeks. Very unhappy with this and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase anything in app because you’re unlikely to be able to log back in after they log you out.

It is good and such a cute app but why have everything as a widget except the status updates? Like 😂 update! Pet is pointless if you want to look after it for more than a day you have to have premium to have any sort of food etc, even when the pet is “starving” if it’s “outside” you can’t do anything! Oh but you can pay to bring it back inside…what the hell is that 😂

The fact this app charges £6.99 a week 😂 to be able to see how charged there phone is and where they are when you can just message them and ask is stupid 😂would not recommend the app should get taken down for the prices they charge 🤣

Can still send photos that show up on widgets but if I try to use the rest of the app I get a popup in the screen which shows instructions on putting a widget on your Home Screen. The rest of the app featured are now unusable as it is impossible to get rid of the popup, it only doesn’t show up in your individual chats

love live status, it’s fun way to update each other with the cute status moods and widgets. the one thing i would say is that the widgets take a minute to update to the new one but this happens within refreshing the app a bit. i love the selections of status moods but a few more would also make this perfect. other than that it’s all good my boyfriend and i use it all the time as it has a couple feature. :D

Honestly this app was really cool to use with my friend! But I only just got shown half of the statuses are now "pro"? like cmon they were all free and now half I cant even use. Why? I find it dumb tbh

Such a good app to keep in contact with friends, really recommend
