It feels like there’s no tech support at all, making it seem like one of those budget solutions a local government gym would settle for from the lowest bidder.

Next to useless app. Doesn’t remember login, always have to reset home club. Always have to reset filters and then it works only after several attempts. Takes forever to do anything. Charges me for a class I cancelled within the cancellation period!

Payment screen is too small, doesn’t remember my payment details, and I can only book one place on a squad activity.

There is no cover in place when people who do the sessions are absent or leave . There are more and more virtual sessions particularly at Sankey Hub. I joined as Sankey hub is a ten minute walk from my home so suggesting that there are plenty of other gyms to choose from doesn’t help . I’ve already complained about all of the weights being kept in a tiny cupboard which is very awkward when 24 people are putting weights away at the end of body conditioning sessions.

Have downloaded but it doesn’t connect

This app rejects my “email address or password”. The exact same ones I use on the website successfully. I can only assume it thinks my email address is not valid because it ends in .me.uk which is unusual. I guess the developers are not just terrible at UI design, the are also clueless about how to validate email addresses and top levels domains.

This app is terrible. It doesn’t allow me to check times at different gyms pending where I am in the town at the time. It standardised on jubilee centre when all of my work is done at Sankey and Woolston. I can’t set a different gym, nor can I view class times or even contact details for each individual gym! Awful.
