Total Scam - Unprofessional and No Refunds!
I had the most dreadful experience with the Lovify app. They not only collected my payment upfront but also assigned unprofessional and untrained individuals for the service I requested. It was a complete disaster! On top of that, they forced me to wait for their convenience, leaving me frustrated and with no results at all. It's an absolute waste of money and time. The worst part is that they don't even pay back the money, nor do they bother to assign qualified professionals to handle the situation. The consultants and executives at Lovify are the worst I've ever encountered in any organization. I can't stress this enough - Beware of this fraudulent app! They are only after your money and will not deliver what they promise. Don't fall for their sweet talk and false claims. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable and trustworthy service provider instead.

Amazing! Loved the “Health risk” calculator in particular. Helped me understand my immediate goals towards my health and well-being. The blogs are also quite informative and the app is very user friendly. All in all, I would recommend it :)

It was a random scrolling thru some pages when I came to know about Livofy. I wasn’t sure how this could make a difference as I had tried keto earlier too. But the way it had been explained to me so that I can maximise the outcome, it was phenomenal. Muskan is an excellent coach having thorough knowledge about nutrition and it’s impact on body. I am grateful to her for guiding me throughout.
Good Experience
My nutritionist Samridhi is super helpful & modifies the diet plan based on my likes / dislikes while keeping the diet goals in mind at all times. App needs to improve as its quite slow and doesn’t have the history of the diet plans shared etc till now. Overall a good experience for following diet based weight loss program and they have surpassed my initial anxiousness of trying them.

My nutritionist Promita was the best. Great experience. One should try their diet and see if it works out. They are really supportive and make the diets keeping clients needs and benefits in mind. Promita explained me everything really well and was available whenever I faced difficulties. One thing they can improve is the way plan is shared. It is very difficult to open google doc again and again to see the diet. Pdf formats are easy to keep and read whenever required. The app needs improvement too. It’s too slow

I connected with Livofy two weeks back and I had a very nice experience so far. From the first consultation call till date, everything is very smooth. I just placed an enquiry, and I got a call back in few hours. Everything was explained to me properly and based on the suggestions I opted for Keto diet. I got in touch with the Nutritionist "Srishti Saklani" who is very humble and always reachable. She provided me proper suggestions during the first consultation. She took all the information on my health issues and accordingly provided the meal plan for the first week. As and when I had doubts, I reached out to her to clarify my doubts and I always got all the responses on time. Following the diet and meal plan, I was able to lose weight from the first day itself. I would really recommend Livofy to all the people who is trying to lose weight and feeling difficult to achieve their goals. Here you will find a very good team who will be able to understand your goals and help you achieve it.
